Det skulle jo v\u00e6re enkelt at forst\u00e5, men der er faktisk mange teorier om, hvad en f\u00f8lelse er. Er det mest \u201dnoget\u201d i kroppen eller er det mest \u201dnoget\u201d i hjernen? Videnskaben diskuterer ogs\u00e5, hvad f\u00f8lelserne overhovedet er og hvordan de virker.<br>Men er det ikke lige meget, hvis man er plaget af angst og ikke kan f\u00e5 dagligdagen til at h\u00e6nge sammen.<br>Svaret er b\u00e5de \u2013 og.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Engang spurgte jeg en af mine unge klienter:&#8221;Hvad er angst?&#8221;. Hun kiggede p\u00e5 mig og sagde: &#8220;Det er det v\u00e6rste jeg ved, og det er det, som jeg helst vil v\u00e6re fri for&#8221;. Hun havde slet ikke lyst til at snakke om det! Hun havde v\u00e6ret plaget af det s\u00e5 lang tid, og ville bare af med det. N\u00e5r jeg ville snakke om angsten, s\u00e5 skulle hun virkelig tage sig sammen for at blive i lokalet. Det tror jeg, at hun har til f\u00e6lles med de fleste, som er plaget af angst og frygt. Alligevel tror jeg, at det er n\u00f8dvendigt at l\u00e6re sig noget om den ubehagelige f\u00f8lelse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I behandlingen er det vigtige, at vi kan snakke om angsten p\u00e5 forskellige m\u00e5der. N\u00e5r vi kan snakke om angsten, er vi begyndt at h\u00e5ndtere den. N\u00e5r vi begynder at h\u00e5ndtere den, er terapien p\u00e5 rette vej. Du begynder at g\u00f8re noget med angsten i stedet for, at det er angsten, som g\u00f8r noget ved dig.<br>Det er alts\u00e5 vigtigt, at vi kommer til at besk\u00e6ftige os med angsten. Mange er tilb\u00f8jelige til at ville undg\u00e5 den. M\u00e6rke den s\u00e5 lidt som muligt. Det er nemt at forst\u00e5, men&#8230;. Hvis man ikke m\u00e6rker angsten \/ frygten s\u00e5 er det vanskeligt at g\u00f8re noget ved den. Man vil jo gerne af med den generende f\u00f8lelse, men for at det kan lykkes, s\u00e5 skal der fokus p\u00e5 den. En kendt psykolog sagde engang:&#8221;Hvis man vil g\u00f8re rent, s\u00e5 m\u00e5 man v\u00e6re i stand til at se skidtet&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"vi-starter-med-sma-skridt\">Vi starter med sm\u00e5 skridt<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e5r vi starter, skal angsten ikke bestemme mere. Mange har f\u00f8lt sig magtesl\u00f8se og alene, n\u00e5r angsten bestemte i deres liv. N\u00e5r vi starter, er det vigtigt, at den ikke skal have lov til at overv\u00e6lde dig mere. Derfor starter vi med at s\u00f8rge for, at du kan f\u00f8le dig helt tryg og har det godt i behandlingssituationen. Du skal m\u00e6rke, at du ikke er alene om at g\u00f8re arbejdet med angsten, og du skal m\u00e6rke, at du kan n\u00e5 m\u00e5let. S\u00e5 kan vi arbejde med:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Angstens styrke, et fysisk niveau \u2013 hvor er angsten i kroppen og hvordan er den der<\/li><li>Den psykologiske p\u00e5virkning \u2013 hvordan p\u00e5virkes du af angsten<\/li><li>Hvad g\u00f8r du \u2013 alts\u00e5 adf\u00e6rd, som er forbundet med angsten<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Nogle gange kan det v\u00e6re vigtigt at komme ind p\u00e5, hvorfor den er der, og hvordan den kan forebygges. Der er mange veje at g\u00e5, og der er ikke noget som er bestemt p\u00e5 forh\u00e5nd.
